Withdrawal of students during a school year is not generally allowed. In case of mid-term withdrawal owing to unavoidable circumstances, the parents are liable to pay the full fee for the remaining terms also. That means the fees for the whole year. T.C. will be released only after three weeks of the receipt of the T.C. application form which is available in the school office. Usually a Transfer Certificate is issued only after the publication of the results of the Annual Examination. T.C. will be issued only after the settlement of all dues. Once a child is admitted, the fee paid on admission is not re-funded.
It is expected of the parents / guardians that they shall be in touch with the school authorities in connection with the progress of their wards. However during classes without taking prior permission they shall not see the mentors – Class Teacher.
The school does not take responsibility for the loss of books, money or other articles. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to school.
